Last day to secure 20% dividend of Bottlers Nepal limited. Annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 15 Ashoj 2075 at premises of Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 4:00 PM.
The book will be remains close from 01 Ashoj till 15 ashoj 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book or hold shares within 31 Bhadra will be eligible for attending AGM.
The Major agendas of AGM are; to approve financial statement of FY 2074/75, to appoint auditors, to approve 20% dividend, election & appointment of directors.etc.
