CDS and clearing limited has published notice regarding Full implementation of C-ASBA. With this system investor can submit their application for IPO, FPO & right share from their home through internet.
CDS as inform all the bank & financial institutions, investment banker, issue manager, investors & all the stakeholders regarding the full implementation of C-ASBA.
It is said that with the implementation of C-ASBA, allocation of IPO, FPO & right will be take less time as all application form will directly send through software to the issue manager. No application form will be invalid due to mistake in DEMAT number because system will verify before submission.
Currently, there are 25 BFIs providing C-ASBA services. CDSC has requested all other BFIs to join this system.

Investors are requested to take C-ASBA registration Number (CRN) from respective branches of Bank.
