Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha announces 30.53% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to 29% bonus Share and 1.53% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.4.80 crore. After 29% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.6.19 crore.
