Janaki Finance Company announces 23.16% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 22% bonus share and 1.16% cash dividend for Tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.40.33 crore. After adjustment of 22% bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs.49.20 crore.
