Asha Laghubitta Biitiya sanstha to issue IPO worth Rs. 6 crore. It has been added in IPO pipeline of Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) for approval.
The Microfinance Company will be issuing 6,00,000 units of IPO Share at the face value of Rs.100.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
It is located in Nuwakot district.
Its paid up capital is Rs.14 crore, After IPO issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs. 20 crore.
It has reported net profit of Rs.1.10 crore in fourth quarter of Fiscal year 2074/75.
