First microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has proposed dividend from the profit of FY 2074/75 to its shareholders. The first microfinance became first company to announce dividend from the income of FY 2074/75.
140th board meeting of the company has proposed 12.6316% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 12.63% of paid up capital Rs.68.43 crore equals to Rs.8.64 crore as cash dividend after approval.
The decision is subjected to approve from AGM & security board.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.68.43 crore.
