City Express Finance company to issue 167% right share from 01 Bhadra 2075. The right issue will be remains till 04 Ashoj 2075.
The book close is set for 21 Shrawan 2075. Those Shareholders who get registered in the book within 20 Shrawan or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The finance company will issue 1:1.67 or 25 lakh units share at the face value of Rs.100.
Kathmanudu capital markets limited will manage the right issue.
Eligible shareholder can apply from all the C-ASBA approved banks & financial institutions.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs. 40 crore after the right issue. Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 15 crore.
