Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha limited to issue 100% right shares from 13 Shrawan 2075. The issue will be open till 17 Bhadra 2075.
The Company will be issuing 12,24,977.60 units of shares at the face value of Rs. 100.
The book closure date is set for 28 Ashad 2075. Those shareholders who buy the shares within 27 Ashad or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for applying right shares.
It had appointed NMB Capital as issue manager for right shares.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs. 12.24 crore. After 100% right shares, paid up capital will reach to Rs.24.48 crore.
ICRA Nepal has graded 4+ rating to right share of Swarojgar laghubitta which indicates below average fundamentals.
