Jebils finance has announced book closure date for 40% or 10:04 right shares to its shareholders. The book will be remains closed on 23 Jestha 2075.
Those who get registered in book within or buy shares within 22 jestha will be eligible for right shares.
Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager for right share.
Its paid up capital will be reach to Rs.80.91 after 40% right share adjustment.
