Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced 65 percent dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published, the board meeting of the company has proposed 50 stock dividend & 15% cash dividend for to its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM.
Currently, Paid up capital of the company is 20 crore. After bonus share, paid up capital will reach to 30 crore.
Forward has earned 6.78 crore in the first quarter of this current FY.
The last trading price of Forward Micro finance is Rs 3505.
