Siddhartha Bank Ltd to issue “10.5% SBL Debenture 2082” from 23 Mangsir 2075. The debenture issue will be closed on 26Mangsir 2075. If issue is not subscribed within 4 days than it will be remains open till 23 Poush 2075.
The bank will issue 22,50,000 units Debenture at the rate of Rs.1000. It has allocated 4,50,000 units debenture for general public & rest for others.
Interest applicants can apply for minimum 25 units & maximium 100,000 units.
The maturity period of Debenture is 7 years. The bank will provide 10.5% interest annually.
NIBL Ace Capital limited is appointed as issue manager.
