Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to float 200% right shares from today, 27 Aswin 2076. The issue will be closed on 01 Mangsir 2076.
The company will be issuing 1:2 or 12,13,440 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholders who had registered in the book till 31 Bhadra 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to apply for right shares.
All eligible shareholders can apply from all C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
The issue will be managed by NIBL Ace Capital Limited.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.6.06 crore. Paid up capital will reach to Rs. 18.60 crore after right share.
