Pokhara Finance Limited has announced 10 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The board meeting of the finance company held on Poush 20, 2074 has announced to distribute 9.5 percent of stock dividend and 0.5 percent of cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit of fiscal year 2073/74. It also issuing 15 percent right shares.
The finance company will distribute Rs 62,299,907 as stock dividend and Rs 3,278,942 as cash dividend for tax purpose.
After dividend distribution, its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 81.63 crore from Rs. 75.41 crore after 15% right shares.
It had earned Rs 8.77 crore in the fiscal year 2073/74
