Nepal Insurance Company Limited is closing 65% right issue from today, 25 Chaitra 2075.
The company is issuing 65% 4,014,651.58 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100 from 21 Falgun 2075.
Only those shareholders who hold the shares till 26 Magh or one day before book close will be eligible to apply for right shares.
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager of right issue.
After right issue, paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.02 arba.
