Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has proposed bonus shares from the income of FY 2075/76.
Board meeting of company held on 11 Ashad 2077 had proposed 10% or 3.68 crore bonus shares & 19.36 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Ratra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid capital stands at Rs.36.80 crore.
