Miteri Development Bank has announced 17.8947% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 17% or 8.5 crore bonus share & 0.8947% or 44.73 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.50 crore.
