Manjushree Finance has reduced proposed dividend. As per previous announcement, it has proposed 9% dividend for shareholder but now it has reduced to 2.9%. Such immature decision of company harmed many investors.
We can conclude that the company is knowingly doing such practice. Those shareholders who has taken buying decision looking at announced divided are harmed badly. Who will compensate the loss incurred due to such wrong information from the Company.
