Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 24 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 20% dividend (5% or Rs.12.93 crore bonus shares and 15% or Rs.38.80 crore Rs. cash dividend) including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Paid up capital stands at Rs.2.58 arba.
