Today, last day to apply for 40% right shares of Surya Life Insurance Company. It was issuing from 31 Baishak 2075.
The company is issuing 28,87,500 units of right share to its existing shareholders at the face value of Rs.100.
The book closure date was set for 5 Baishak 2075. Those shareholders who had bought share within 4 Baishak 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
NIC Asia Capital limited is issue manager of right shares.
The eligible shareholders can apply from NIC Asia Capital, Branches of Surya Life Insurance co. & from all the C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Currently, Paid up capital is Rs.72.18 crore. After right adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.01 arba.
As per the directives of Beema Samiti, life Insurance Company must hike its capital to 2 arba by the end of Ashad.
