Gurans Life Insurance has announced book close for annual general meeting.
The book will be close 06 Chaitra to 21 Chaitra 2075. Those shareholders who hold shares till 05 Chaitra or one day before book close 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The AGM will be convening on 21 Chaitra 2075 at Baneshwor Banquet, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of AGM are:
- To endorse 8% bonus share from Rs.59.40 crore paid up capital & 25.01lakh Cash dividend from the income from FY2073/75
- To approve 100% right share of Rs.93.85 crore, to be issued after 8% Bonus share & 50% right share
- To endorse financial statement of FY 2073/74
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2074/75,FY 2075/76
- To hike authorized capital, issued capital and Paid up capital toRs.2 arba
- To amend MOA & AOA
