Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited got final approval to issue 50% right shares. Security board of Nepal has granted approval to float 2:1 right shares on 29 Falgun 2019.
The company will be issuing 32,75,000 units of share at the rate of Rs.100. The company will issue right share soon.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited has appointed as issue manger.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.98.25 crore after issuance of right shares.
