Century commercial bank (CCBL) has proposed 5 % bonus share & 5% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net income of 2073/74.
It has paid up capital of 7.67 arba after the merger with 4 BFIs.
The bank will provide bonus share of amount Rs. 38,39,73,092.00 which is 5% of paid up capital.
CCBL also provide same amount of cash dividend.
