100% right share of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has been allotted on 13 Magh 2075. The company had allotted 15,38,764 units of shares for those valid applicants.
As Per the allotment, 61,236 units of shares remains unsold which will be sold through Auction soon.
The company had floated 1: 1 or 16,00,000 units of shares from 23 Mangsir 2075 to 29 Poush 2075. The right was issued for those who hold shares till 06 Mangsir 2075.
The issue was managed by Nabil Investment banking limited.
Its paid up capital is Rs.16 crore & will reach to Rs.32 crore after adjustment.
